 Description

Plants strongly rhizomatous. Leaves 1-pinnate, more or less membranous, (2–) 3–8(–13) cm long. Leaflets (1–) 3–5(–7) pairs, usually flabellate and simple (or rarely palmately incised), regularly serrate, distinctly glaucous on under surface, glaucous or not on upper surface, 3–10 mm long. Petiolules absent. Inflorescence 3–15(–25) cm long; umbels 1(–2) per inflorescence; umbellets (1–)2—3(–4) per umbel; flowers 1–9 per umbellet. Bracts fused; bracteoles 1–5, usually free, sometimes somewhat fused. Mericarps 3–4 mm long; lateral ridges not winged (or rarely very slightly winged).
