HOLOTYPE: AK 22872, G. T. S. Baylis, 2 Dec 1945, Great Island, Three Kings Islands [bears "type specimen" in the hand of W. R. B. Oliver, and is the entire basis oft. 31, loc. supra]. ISOTYPES: AK 210753; AK 22873, - 4 , - 5 ; AK 23060, - 1 , G. T. S. Baylis. A fragment of AK 22875 is at L (van Staveren & Baas 1973). Sleumer (1970) believed this fragment to be from the holotype, but the holotype in its current condition exactly matches plate 31 of the protologue, though in reverse because of remounting
