  • a shrub or large tree with twice-compound dark green leaves.
  • its young branches are finely hairy and are ribbed or angled.
  • its main leaf stalk is hairy with small raised glands between each pair of leaf branchlets.
  • its pale creamy yellow flowers are borne in small globular clusters that are arranged into larger longated compound clusters.
  • its elongated pods (3-9 cm long) and slightly curved.
