 Recognition
  • a long-lived fleshy plant with spreading to semi-upright stems up to 40 cm long.
  • its paired leaves (2-5 cm long) are relatively broad and often covered with small, pitted dots.
  • its flowers are arranged in branched clusters at the tips of the stems.
  • these white or pale pink flowers are tinged with red and have four petals.
  • small plantlets often develop in the branches of the flower clusters after flowering.
